Spectral Line of Formaldehyde and Hydrogen Complexline Observational Studies to Obtain New Results in Our Station
       Updatetime: 2012-06-26 Printer      Text Size:A A A

Interstellar molecular line team of Urumqi Astronomical Station of National Astronomical Observatories used 25 m radio telescope in Nanshan,  formaldehyde (H2CO) and hydrogen absorption lines combined lines (H110a) emission line mapping observation and source-based UCHII area Table of sky survey based on a number of massive star forming regions  obtained some new results.

Studied composite absorption line of formaldehyde and hydrogen emission line observations of molecular clouds while in the large-scale galaxy distribution, and detection of Galactic structure has very important significance; On some giant molecular cloud mapping observations, can provide the giant molecular cloud physics and kinetic properties of massive star formation and other important physical processes based on observations. The team used 25-meter base, Nanshan radio telescope at the 6cm band of 585 UCHII areas H2CO and H110a single observation, more than 150 newly discovered source of H2CO lines, in which 31 also detected H110a. 21 UCHII we get the kinematical distance area and found most of them located in the Milky Way's spiral arms. On W51, W3, DR21 several other massive star forming regions were observed H2CO and H110a mapping. CO and infrared are being combined with data analysis and research into these massive star forming regions of the physical and dynamic properties.
