In order to further promote activities of "Year for Construction of Primary-Level Party Organization" and the study and education of party history in Xinjiang branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, during August 25 to 26, the leading group for Party Construction of Xinjiang branch system supervised and inspected the implementation of the "Year for Construction of Primary-Level Party Organization" and the study and education of party history by Party committees of the units of Xinjiang branch.

Through listening to reports, discussion and exchange, consulting papers and other means, Xinjiang branch deeply inspected the implementation, found out the problems existing in the promotion work, and gave on-site feedback one by one. Xinjiang branch also summarized the current main problems, required the research institutes to check the deficiencies and make up for the omissions immediately, draw inferences from one instance, list the existing problems one by one, and formulate rectification measures one by one.

Chen Xi, leader of the leading group for Party building of Xinjiang branch system and Secretary of the Party group of Xinjiang branch of CAS, affirmed the typical experience in promoting the "Year for Construction of Primary-Level Party Organization", and put forward requirements for the Institute to further promote "top four" construction of party branches.

Chen Xi pointed out that the the primary level Party organization is a coagulant that glues party members with the Party. The "Year for Construction of Primary-Level Party Organization" is an important way to strengthen this cohesion, and also provides a guarantee function for development of party affairs. We will strengthen the education of Postgraduates in patriotism, Marxist theory, building a strong sense of the Chinese national community and carrying forward the spirit of scientists. As a "national team" and "national teamer", we should earnestly enhance the concept of "national responsibility" with our hearts on "national affairs". We should take the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as our own responsibility, live up to the new era, cherish youth time and meet the ardent expectations of the Party and the people, and bravely climb the peak of science!
