On Oct 25^th, the personnel of CAS Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry began to installed and debugged the bilingual teaching software at Kaersai Primary School.

Bilingual education in the South of Xinjiang is an important issue for China which has already been put into a very important position after The Central Government’s Forum On The Work About Xinjiang. However, compared to other places in the South, Hotan prefecture, especially Moyu county which has large rural population, faces much more difficulties.

Regarding of the current occasion, CAS Xinjiang Institutes of Physics and Chemistry devoted their selfless efforts to develop the bilingual education of Xinjiang. Recently, after application to the authority, the institute would install and promote the software in Kaersai for totally free which covers the whole content of pupils’ Chinese text books from grade one to six, including reading, explanations, cartoon, expansion, etc. It’s easy to operate that is hoped to alleviate the pressure of teacher-lack and highly improve the bilingual teaching quality in the South of Xinjiang.
