On the morning of March 12th, Chinese Academy of Sciences Xinjiang branch Party Secretary Mou Zhenjiang attended the Xinjiang Observatory's 2015 annual "scientific management" class (the first stage) and delivered a speech. President of Xinjiang Observatory, Wang Na, vice president Chen Maozheng, president assistant Wang Meifang and relevant scientific research personnel and the management staff more than 40 people participated in the study, received a warm response.

Mou Zhenjiang in the class made a presentation entitled national governance system and modern scientific research institute system of governance construction -- a study of Bai Chunli Dean," the reform of scientific research institution, explained and guided from two levels of the nation and scientific research institute, on several main aspects of how to grasp the relation between them, the rule of law, the new development policy of the country and CAS and how to build scientific, systematic, advanced management system and so on.

Xinjiang Observatory President Wang Na made the concluding speaking. She pointed out, Secretary Mou Zhenjiang made an in-depth interpretation and guidance of the related policies, enhanced the overall quality of the management staff of the observatory, deepened the management method, connotation and understanding.
