During October 21st to 22nd, Chen Tong, President of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, visited CAS Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology along with his seven colleagues, to learn related latest results of management and Sci-Tech research. Fan Jianping presided over the forum on which both sides had a deep discussion on how to transfer the technology into capital and the improve market policy environment.
